1. Method of Collection of Personal Data and Legal Reasons

Processed Personal Data:

Name, Surname, E-mail Address, Invoice Address, Mobile Phone Number, Identity Information, Financial Information (IBAN details, account number, etc.)

Your personal data is collected electronically or physically. The personal data collected for the legal reasons specified in this Information Clarification Text may be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

As Terapiyle, we process your personal data collected during the purchase or membership transactions made through the Site, the information you update, data obtained from the use of your fixed-mobile devices, the registration of all your purchases, transactions, communication preferences, surveys, complaints, and requests you have sent via communication channels (call center, Site, e-mail addresses, social media, company portals, etc.), as well as data obtained from automatic methods or non-automatic methods like official institutions, agencies, and judicial/administrative authorities.

The personal data specified above is collected through the membership pages, contracts, my account page, and areas in the content of our website/application that can be filled in voluntarily, your requests and applications, contracts, campaigns, and third-party authentication systems (e.g., GoogleLogin, AppleID Login, Facebook Login, etc.).

• For the detection and prevention of suspicious activities related to the use of the Site and for operational processes, event processes, and customer relationship management based on the "legitimate interests of the data controller,"

Your personal data is processed by the Company within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes of customizing the products and services offered by the Company according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of the individuals, planning and executing necessary activities, performing the required work for individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by the Company, carrying out commercial activities, and ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-security of the Company and the related individuals.

1. Parties with Whom Personal Data May Be Shared and Purposes of Sharing

Your personal data may be shared with the Company’s business partners and suppliers, legally authorized institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private legal entities, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, including but not limited to the necessary activities for customizing the products and services offered by the Company, conducting the necessary work for individuals to benefit from these services, carrying out business processes related to the Company's commercial activities, and ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial security of the Company and individuals in business relationships with it.

Personal data may also be transferred and stored by technology infrastructure providers, cloud service providers, and others as necessary for the fulfillment of the relevant purposes, and in accordance with the rules specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.

1. Rights of Data Subjects and Exercise of These Rights

As data subjects, you have the right to request information regarding your personal data, and you can exercise the following rights at any time by contacting us. Terapiyle will respond to your request as soon as possible, and in any case, within thirty (30) days free of charge. However, if there is an additional cost due to the fulfillment of your request, a fee may be charged based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

According to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information about your personal data if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within the country or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect and to request that this correction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, and to request that this deletion be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damage incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

As data subjects, if your request regarding your rights is not in accordance with the "Application Procedure and Principles to the Data Controller" as specified in the relevant regulation, or if additional information is required for the evaluation of your application, your request will be processed once the conditions are met.
