 The constant pressure to “keep up” keeps the body on alert. Spend a few minutes each day doing “nothing.” This is not a luxury, it is a necessity.

 If the symptoms become frequent and impair your quality of life, consult a mental health professional. First, it is important to see a doctor to rule out physical causes.

The feeling of a needle pricking your heart is often a message your body is sending you. Try to understand it instead of ignoring it. Because the body speaks, and if the burden on the soul is heavy, your heart will also make you feel it.
